HunTER project reaches three quarter stage

Synthesis of doped p-type BixSb2-xTe3 materials including nano-inclusions is progressing with a decision on which composition option to be taken forward for scale-up activities imminent.
Work on the synthesis, consolidation and evaluation of undoped n-type Bi2Te3-xSex materials is underway with doped material to follow informed by the results on the p-type materials.
