Supercool material characteristics and special production processes means that their modules deliver truly outstanding performance.

Comprehensive range from 4x4mm to 62x62mm covering maximum voltages from 0.9Vdc to 30Vdc. Modules are from high temperature and sealed, through to centre holes and multistages.

Maximum deltaT (difference between hot side and cold side of thermoelectric) performance of the modules is without doubt the highest performance on the market. Max deltaT=74degC at Th=25 degC and 84degC at Th=50degC. To optimise service life the max warm side must not exceed 80 degC.

Multistage modules are recommended when a deltaT above 50 degC is required. At this point cooling powers and efficiency is effectively higher than a single stage.

Leadwires are approved to UL1569. Recommended clamping force 100N/square cm. Optional metalised ceramics available. Not recommended for soldering of modules above 15x15mm in size, but soldered modules with incorporating thermal stress reduction can be manufactured to your specification.
